By focusing on improving community streets, footpaths, and bikeways, we are not only beautifying the area but also making it more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Our collaboration with BMD is central to this vision, ensuring that the infrastructure developed meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Creating a Cooler, Connected Community

One of the key goals of the Street Renewal Program is to achieve up to 80% shade coverage on footpaths and bikeways. This initiative is designed to make Northshore Brisbane a cooler and more comfortable place, particularly during the hot summer months. The shaded pathways will provide a pleasant environment for residents, and visitors, encouraging more outdoor activities and continuing to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Economic Growth and Job Creation

This $87 million investment is not just about infrastructure; it’s about fostering economic growth and creating local jobs. By enhancing Northshore Brisbane’s appeal as a premier riverside destination, we aim to attract more visitors and businesses to the area, further driving economic development.

 Commitment to World-Class Infrastructure

At Northshore Brisbane, we are dedicated to delivering world-class infrastructure that supports the future of Queensland. Our efforts are focused on creating a sustainable and thriving community that stands out as a model for urban renewal.
