In December 2023, Northshore Brisbane welcomed a new addition to its vibrant arts and entertainment scene – The Pink Flamingo Spiegelclub. This world-class venue, with a seating capacity of 400, has quickly become a beacon of creativity in the region, presenting a program of eye-popping cabaret productions that have added a new dimension to Northshore’s reputation as a creative leader.
The Pink Flamingo offers a spectacle of burlesque artistry and Vegas-style glamour, with three breath-taking shows – Suave, Ripped, and La Teaze. In addition, a family show, Circus Fun House, was introduced in April 2024. Drawing inspiration from the legendary Crazy Horse Paris and the iconic Moulin Rouge, The Pink Flamingo provides an immersive experience that leaves a lasting impression on its audience.
The venue is brought to life by a talented team of artists, technicians, production staff, and hospitality workers. The creation of this venue has resulted in a significant number of jobs, contributing to the economy of Brisbane and Northshore. The stage showcases a variety of international performers who have honed their skills overseas in Las Vegas and Europe, as well as local performers born, raised, and trained in Brisbane.
