Their expansive new location at Portside Wharf allows the Fresh Collective team to operate their commercial catering kitchen while also transforming it into a lavish riverfront function space, Waters Edge Weddings and Events.

The new venue can accommodate up to 800 guests thanks to the 734-square meters of space located on level two of Portside Wharf, which frames spectacular views of the river, city, and mountains in the distance.

Suited to both intimate and grand-scale weddings, the beautiful waterfront venue effortlessly combines style and sophistication with a laidback riverside vibe.

Guests can host a stunning outdoor ceremony on the private balcony overlooking the river, followed by sunset drinks on the terrace and an unforgettable reception in the expansive indoor space.
