In July, Forefront welcomes Adam Stead, Director at Techweave for our third Creators Program workshop on Tech & Operations to Scale.

Adam is an e-commerce pioneer who transformed operations for Australia’s fastest-growing digital brands. As cofounder of Stead Lane, one of the first Shopify Plus Agencies, Adam helped LSKD and HiSmile scale rapidly. After pioneering solutions for the unique operational challenges of explosive growth – managing million-dollar-per-minute order volumes and coordinating systems handling thousands of simultaneous checkouts – Adam founded Techweave in 2021.

His team tackles the critical gap between revenue scaling and operational readiness, with specialised frameworks for inventory, logistics, and financial systems. Beyond consulting, Adam is an active angel investor with strategic stakes in a SaaS platform and multiple e-commerce ventures in Australia and Los Angeles.
