Development Opportunity

Northshore is Queensland’s largest waterfront urban renewal project and will play a defining role in shaping the future of Brisbane.

In August 2023, EDQ released to market two unmissable development opportunities:

• Market Residential Housing Opportunity
• Social and Affordable Housing Opportunity

These releases, will provide for development of approximately 1,500 dwellings, and mark the last of the developable land to be offered at Northshore by EDQ, prior to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
