We’re excited to announce a new Social and Affordable Housing initiative!

Brisbane Housing Company (BHC) Creating Liveable Communities has been appointed to deliver 201 social and affordable homes at Northshore Brisbane, Queensland’s largest waterfront urban renewal project.

Our vibrant and connected community will benefit from an estimated $160 million investment, creating over 460 jobs. The 7,980m² site, identified through a land audit following the State’s Housing Summit, will add to Northshore Brisbane’s existing 3,000 dwellings and significant infrastructure. With a vision for 14,000 dwellings over the next thirty years, Northshore Brisbane is set to thrive!

This project is part of several social and affordable housing initiatives across Economic Development Queensland’s Priority Development Areas.
